Client, Brief & Objective
FAQ were approached by Right2Drive to develop a Web Application to support their Right2Drive valet style vehicle lending service.
Right2Drive had a number of separate systems, all process heavy with manual data entry and required a multiple customers to co-ordinate a time consuming process which was often left the database less than accurate.
FAQ worked closely with Right2Drive to scope, plan and produce a bespoke solution to view and monitor stock, input customer service data for the allocation and recovery of replacement vehilces. We also added the capability to have the software dealership branded.
FAQ worked in conjuction with Right2Drive in order to connect their B2B and B2C customers (dealerships & vehicle user) to provide real-time information in an efficient and simple management solution.
The Right2Drive Web App was developed with a responsive .NET web application that allowed the flexibility for multiple user roles, permissions and restirictions, administration and users to use rental application forms, manage dealerships, branch locations, stock inventory controls, customer bookings, access both user and customer contacts and output dynamic reporting.
The Right2Drive Web Application has been considered a successful improvement to the R2D inventory management process.
