In the legal industry alone, we are responsible for the creation and management of over 30 law firms around Australia and have worked on over 200 websites. In addition to this, we assisted in the foundation of ADLA, the Australian Defence Lawyers Association. ADLA is an Australian wide alliance of criminal lawyers with a representing law firm from each state and territory. FAQ Interactive is responsible for the online section of ADLA and all members of the alliance have websites created and built by FAQ.

Mail Boxes Etc. (MBE) specialise in areas such as design, copying, printing and mailing.
Established in 1980, MBE is now comprised of over 1,200 business service centres throughout Australia.

With the idea of creating a store locator facility to be integrated within the MBE website, FAQ Interactive created a colourful, modern design to be used across both a main MBE website as well as single page location sites.
With this idea in place, FAQ Interactive created both the MBE main website with product and services information as well as almost 40 location sites for each MBE store.

With the integrated store locator and vibrant design, MBE customers can now take advantage of a full range of products and services offered by MBE.

FAQ Interactive were asked to take an existing database management system, and redevelop the facility, as well as update the look of the site. The brief was to initiate a growth in site traffic, as well as to improve the conversion of the visitors to the site.

Go To Court is fast becoming a well known resource in all court locations around Australia for the way to easily find legal representation at an affordable price for those in need. A simple online form facilitates the booking of a Lawyer or Solicitor and at minimal time frames too. The gotocourt.com.au site continues to grow and no doubt will do so for some time.

The Low Carbon Economy is proudly presented by the Carbon Reduction Institute. The Low Carbon Economy showcases businesses and companies who have taken the step to reduce their carbon emissions by gaining a Carbon Neutral certification.

The Carbon Reduction Institute not only needed one website, but a complete management system.
As each company within the Low Carbon Economy has a minisite, the Carbon Reduction Institute required a system that would allow minisites and their content to be updated easily. Along with this, the addition of new companies to the Low Carbon Economy needed to be streamlined so as to ensure an easy process for the ever-expanding directory.

FAQ created a modern front-end website for the Low Carbon Economy as well as a 'behind-the-scenes' system that allows newly certified companies and their minisites to be easily added, edited and removed.

With a variety of information sections including Criminal Offences, Criminal Defences, Penalties and Cases and details of each law firm, the ADLA website has become one of the largest informational resources for legal help in Australia.
The site's high Google rankings through Search Engine Optimisation have also lead to an increase in unique visitor numbers.

Australian Youth Against Cancer (AYAC) aims to raise money to be donated to organisations involved in the treatment, research and prevention of cancer.
the brief
Our mission was to help to create a self-manageable, dynamic and powerful ‘fundraising engine’ for vital cancer research, treatment and AYAC support projects.
Imagery was prerequisite to consider, as was their biggest fund raising event, Murray River Appeal. The objective was to create a cost effective donations portal and point of contact for information and support.
Being a charitable organisation, the main goal was to complete this in a relatively short time frame and at a minimal expense.

This is the final product for Australian Youth Against Cancer is an ongoing and constant work in progress (WIP) and now in the hands of the AYAC Brains trust. Well done guys and best of luck with this brilliant initiative.

Along with members only pages (that can only be accessed through a login), the Club now sees more business due to improved search engine rankings.

Stacks/The Law Firm have a strong corporate identity and wanted to continue this branding across their new website. Having had an outdated site previously, FAQ Interactive revamped the website and created a clean, professional looking website.
Stacks/The Law Firm were also looking for assistance in the creation of an intranet for use by their lawyers and offices. This intranet would provide the staff at Stacks with notices, updates and notes.
